As part of our dedication to excellence, our very own founder (and creative designer) Ellen Treanor will be speaking at the Screen Actors Guild Foundation LifeRaft panel entitled “Form & Function: Creating a Unique and Agile Website“.
According to the SAG Foundation:
Creating a website can be a daunting and time-consuming task, and traversing the ever-changing world of technology makes it tough to know where to begin. This panel will discuss industry protocol for choosing your best material, highlighting your work, and creating a dynamic site that is easy to navigate.
With over 12 years of design experience focused solely on the acting community, Actors Webmaster is a natural choice for this event. Ellen will be joining several other distinguished panel members, discussing what it takes to get ahead in the acting world.
I asked Ellen what her thoughts on the project are:
Creating a dynamic website is essential in todays media and acting world. It helps people get cast, it helps fans to connect, and most importantly, it gets you noticed.
If you’re interested in speaking with any of the Actors Webmaster team, let us know in the comments down below, or send us a Facebook comment or tweet! Three of our top people will be there: Ellen (obviously), Benjamin, and Susan.
